KPKNY

Free cash withdrawal data management software

What is the Binarit KPKNY application?

In accordance with the amenment of Act CLXXXIX of 2013 modifying the Pft ., starting February 1, 2014 it is possible to withdraw cash for the first two occasions per month, up to a total of HUF 150.000 without fees or costs from an account designated by the private individual. The costumer must declare to their account-maintaining bank from which bank account they wish to use the benefit. The new provision must be applied by institutions providing payment services.

Similar to the Central Credit Database (KHR), the Central Registry of Declarations for Free Cash Withdrawals (KPKNY) is operated by BISZ Hitelinformációs Zrt. Similar to the KHR, the system enables automated and web interface data reporting. The automatic data reporting is conducted via the GIRO Network using encrypted XML files sent and received with a GIROLock certificate.
